But always, they follow the pillar of cloud by day and the pillar of fire by night. And, at all times, the tent of meeting occupies the central place, symbolizing God’s presence in their midst. The message for us is quite clear: as we prioritize the centrality of Christ in our lives, we will, as Galatians 5:25 exhorts us, "keep in step with the Spirit." - P106
Ephesians 4:3 NLT [3] Make every effort to keep yourselves united in the Spirit, binding yourselves together with peace. - P106
But as we live in obedience to our Lord, we will "make every effort to keep the unity of the Spirit through the bond of peace" (Eph. 4:3). Best of all, we will begin to learn more about our Lord from others in the camp of faith. - P106
It was then that I understood what 1 Corinthians 12:4 taught: "There are different kinds of gifts, but the same Spirit distributes them. There are different kinds of service, but the same Lord. There are differentkinds of working, but in all of them and in everyone it is the same God at work." - P107
